The people who work there have no customer service skills. Every time I go there I get treated badly and they try to rip me off. Once they tried to make be buy a new axle for my car after asking me a bunch of times if I was sure that I had never been in accident. They wanted me to call my insurance company and have them pay for an axle replacement and kept asking me if I was sure I had never been in an accident. Another time they put the wrong blinker light (a left blinker light on the right side) in my car and gave me an attitude when I went to complain about their service. I will never go back there, even if I have to drive to 30 miles to go another VW. The worst service consultant is Daisy Zabala, if you decide to go there after reading this review ,at least ask for someone else if she approaches you.\r
