Luann offers some of the best treats! She greets you with a great smile and offers some of the most awesome delectables. I would highly recommend Palmer's Candies and Ice Cream and will definitely stop by next time I'm in KC! more

Great Treats 11/19/2011

Palmers is great place for ice cream and treats. When you walk into the store you are greeted with the sweet smell of the homemade waffle cones and with a smile from the staff. You are immediatley swept into an old fashioned ice cream parlor and candy store. more

best place for candies and ice cream 4/7/2011

Every time I go to the Legends, I always make time to stop here as it is one of my favorite places to go. This place has the best candy and ice cream and the people working are always friendly with great customer service. It also smells really good too, thanks to the homemade waffle cones they are always making which are also my favorite. With how cute this family owned business is and all the delicious goodies, not sure how you could have a bad experience here. more

Horrible customer service! 3/16/2011

I have been to this store a handful of times. The female owner has been rude every single time. You can tell it is a family business because no one would hire her....she has some of the poorest customer service skills I have ever seen. I am not giving them any more ""chances"". No one else should either....maybe she will ""get the picture"". more

Not Happy 11/22/2009

I brought my 7 year old here for ice cream. We each got a small cone, which I thought was very expensive. After we were served, the cashier informed me that my daughter had knocked over a $1.99 sucker and cracked it. She told me that it is the store policy that any broken merchandise should be considered sold. Pros: Tasted good Cons: Overpriced - customer unfriendly more
