Palmer Property management used to manage the condos I live in, we needed railings for our stairs and the stairs repaired and better lighting. My wife went back and forth with e-mails with one of their agents a Mike Sulla. The stairs needed railings which would have helped being that she had respiratory problems, and the stairs have a trip hazard. Well to make things short they would not do anything about it even though she related the ergency of having railings for stairs. One day we needed 911 emergency service, who came and did their job. When they had her strapped to a transport chair with multiple paramedics ready carry her, one paramedic got tripped up in the defective stair and they fell over with my wife. This could have been avoided if there were railings like most stairs have, I later discovered that other people who have known this Mike Sulla don't have good things to share about him. I don't even see what good they have even done for my condominium community, but I suppose that's why they got fired. I'd think twice if they were contracted to take care of your condo community, I would not want them on my property and I'll even protest if they were to return; which I doubt they would be considered.
Pros: You would have a management company
Cons: Most likely to cut corners, if a legal way exists for them to use
