Bad Quality Products 7/6/2006

After swinging by the Santa Monica mall, I wanted to pick up a few bags of soil from a nursery. So I went to this nursery right across the street and I could not find a bag that was not torn on the side. I decided maybe I would pick up some plants instead and found that most of their's was old and withering. I walked out with nothing in hand. Unable to find plant diversity 6/14/2006

The location of the store is somewhat tricky to drive to, but after driving around in a circle, I was able to find the store. It was difficult communicating my needs to the employees. I'm not sure if the employee helping me out was having an unpleasant day, but she didn't seem to have much knowledge of the items I was looking for. I think I would have been better off going to Home Depot. more

Poor Customer Service 4/14/2006

I was quite dissatisfied with the service that the workers provided in the lack of attention they give to the customers in the store. I was looking for different exotic plants to plant in my backyard and this particular nursery did not have much selection to provide, not to mention that the workers did not have much knowledge of garden care.
