Dangerous place. Damaged my car and told me to ""go ahead and sue them"". Owner Tom Derringer was hostile, belligerent, and out of control. Very bizarre behavior for any business owner. I should have checked the reviews on the web. I do not trust this shop.\r

I am worried about their overall competence. Very deceptive and unprofessional shop. Damaged my car while changing tires. Refused to acknowledge damage. Refused to provide insurance info. Belligerent, hostile, hyper defensive. Tom Derringer (Owner) said ""sue me. go ahead. you won't get a dime"" and ""I got a camera"" and ""I don't see any damage"". WOW!! If the owner acts so irresponsibly, what do his workers do when you aren't looking. My experience has been that the person in charge sets the standard; in Tom Derringer's case, his shop is profoundly unreliable and dangerous. I am extremely concerned about the competence of this shop.\r

I have 4 cars and 6 drivers in my family. We will never buy from this place again. Palm Beach Tire Pros is the most disreputable and unreliable shop I ever dealt with. Watch them work and ask yourself if they look like they know what they are doing. If they are so careless with the outside of my car, I wonder what they did that I cannot see. This is the type of place that damages part of your car so that you have to return. Then when you comeback, they really nail you. Incompetence, deception, hostility, carelessness. Considering how critical your car is, Palm Beach Tire Pros does not offer a very comforting reputation upon which to stake your life. You are far better off going anywhere else. I can only imagine what kind of trouble they would give a woman after the way they tried to intimidate me. My wife and I and our 4 sons will never buy here again. There are many shops that are far less dangerous and far more reliable. Tire Rack has never let me down. I should have just ordered from them and had them installed locally.\r
