Don't know how this place is even open with the disgusting attitudes from ""the girls"" and the pushiness fron the manager who is only worried about getting off work early. Paid nearly 200.00 dollars to be treated like I wasnt good enough because I didnt have a coach handbag or drive a Beamer up to the store. Wouldnt give your real phone number either, apparently when you make a complaint the manager calls to bug and give you her point of view even though she wasnt the one mistreated. Surprised the store manager isnt spendibg her time supervising her store that she holds so highly even with ALL the negative reviews on every website. Hmm dont see how every person on the reviews have generally all the same complaints. Manager Needs to get off her soap box and look at it from other perspectives. Beyond disturbed that she had the nerve to take a review look up my Personal cell phobe number to tell me she doesnt think her ""girls"" could behave that way. Dont waste your time money minutes or breathe walking into this store. more

This place doesn't know the meaning of customer service. They claim that their employees are empowered to make your experience exceptional but out of four experiences, they failed miserably! The initial employee I encountered didn't bother to put me in their system and though I have tanned for years, she told me that I couldn't tan for more than 10 minutes. Another employee made me wait behind customers that came in after me, implied that I was lying, and indicated that I wasn't going to be able to tan at all. Then she had the nerve to ask for my email address (as if I would come back)! Save your time and avoid demeaning treatment. Go somewhere else. more

This place is awesome! The staff is well trained and always very nice! I have only had one bad experience there and spoke with the manager about the situation and since then, there has been no problem at all. They just got a new Level 4 bed that is Great and very well deserved! This salon is always very clean and well maintained and the staff knows their stuff! I would recommend this place to everyone. They have prices and people that meet everyone's expectations! more
