We have been with Dr. Duong for almost two years. I am very impressed by the quality of care that my child received from his day of birth. Dr. Duong is very thorough during every exam. She asks about eating habits, daily routines, about all medications taken, she takes precise measurements and keeps very detailed documentation for future reference.
She keeps up to date on the latest immunization research. When there was a shortage of one medicine needed for immunization (not her fault; it was a countrywide shortage), and Dr. Duong requested this medicine and called us right away after it was delivered to her office.
When my child was taken to 2 ERs over the course of one night, Dr. Duong kept in touch over the phone with on call doctors until 3 AM the next morning, when we were discharged. She followed up with us constantly, and provided support through the whole ordeal.
Dr. Duong supported me while I was breastfeeding, and she recommended a formula when I needed to supplement. When my child was transitioned to solid foods, Dr. Duong gave me a list of suggestions for different meals. I appreciate this advice.
Dr. Duong's office is extremely clean. All equipment is new. Her staff is very friendly. Everyone in the office returns calls when promised. The office always has coupons for formula and common OTC medicine for kids. Also, the office has a play area for kids that is very well stocked up, nothing is broken, and everything is very clean.
I recommend D. Duong to everyone with kids.
