Kind of run down but still fun 8/17/2005

Old orchard beach is a big tourist attraction in the summer.The amusement park is right on the beach.It features a boardwalk, huge arcades,some kiddie rides,lots of food and many souvenir shops.there is no fee to enter the park(although you must pay to use the restrooms).It's wall to wall people during the summerytime.There is also a large mini golf course. more

Palace Playland is an Amusement Park that will take you back in time. Palace Playland is set on the near the beach broad walk in Old Orchard Beach. Palace Playland has the lots of rides and fun games to play. Palace Playland is near several gift shops and food place along the broad walk there is alot of things for everyone to do. more

Amusement Park 7/27/2005

Family amusement park located in downtown Old Orchard Beach. At least someone in our family has been going there every year for the past 20+ years, and it's been fun. We like that you can hop on a ride, then go and get pizza, and hang out on the beach, then go back and hop on another ride. They don't insist on passes, and they don't make those who walk to just walk around and watch pay either. They do have an arcade that's fun, we like the air hockey. Our favorite family ride is the bumper cars. more
