as opposed to gwens opinion, I want to share what happens at the PAKMAIL store as opposed to the UPS store. The UPS clerks are GRUMPY, The PAKMAIL clerks are FRIENDLY, I packed a Box Myself - didn;t do a good job, a glass got broken - PAKMAIL clerks FILED THE UPS CLAIM FOR ME - EVEN though I sent it at the UPS store - it was SO nice to get help with UPS's crazy system of fileing a claim, it got paid and I will NEVER go back to the UPS store. Service is the BEST at PAKMAIL. Pros: WAY THUMBS UP Cons: Lots of Really freindly local customers more

I learned the hard way... Don't compare Pak Mail's different rates at Pak Mail. Compare those Pak Mail 'rates' direct with the UPS stores and other carriers. Pak Mail jacks up all shippers rates far above what the actual cost should be. When there in person, they falsely lead you to believe they have found the lowest rate for you. Well...if Pak Mail says UPS is the lowest, it's worth the short drive to a UPS store when you learn that UPS prices are actually a third less at UPS stores! Same with all other shipping Pak Mail misleads with! Pros: Nothing that can't be had at other locations. Cons: High mark up prices. more
