Zero Customer service skills 2/21/2012

It always amazes me someone may have enough wealth to purchase a business but haveany of the essential skills required to run it! This owner is by far the worst service oriented person I have come across in a long time.He will up-sell and take your money and then claim zero accountability when something goes wrong. Stay clear of this facility and go back to you local post office or UPS center, you will save yourself much frustration! more
