Shipped a package through UPS with them and was told my package would be delivered on a Tuesday and then when I checked the tracking it changed to a week later. Called them to address the problem and was lied to by the employee telling me that he couldn't fix it because UPS is closed on the weekend. (I called UPS myself and they are open 24hours). When I called him back to tell him UPS was open he said sorry I can't do anything for you since I am closing in 5 mins you will have to wait till Monday. Terrible customer service and being lied to twice is not good business practices. I will not be shipping with this location again. more
