People....You Have To Try This Restaurant!!! This place is always busy, which I take as a great sign. Wonderful menu, with fresh pasta dishes, chicken, veal and seafood. Very generous portions. The daily specials are out of this world, my favorites are the stuffed pork chop and the short ribs breaised with homemade gnocchi. They also have gluten free pasta and vegetarian choices. If you care for good coffee they have a superb italian espresso. Best of all, it wont cost you a fortune. more

Great Food, Great Stuff! 3/16/2009

When it comes to dining out, I know I'm not a easy guest. I always have special some request, extra lemon, dressing on the side, no garlic...etc. At Paisanos I always get what I want, a great meal and good service. more

Best place I have ever been to. The food is remarkable and I also agree, there isn't a bad thing on the menu. The Brown Steak is out of this world. Staff is also excellent, especially Adam. more

Write your review here. Best restaurant in Rutherford, and probably one of the top ones in New Jersey. Food is excellent and service too. They make their own pasta and I agree with Jessica S... There is not a bad thing in there. I am one of Paisano's regular customers. more

Our Favorite 12/29/2006

Place is excellent, make reservations. Try the Mozzarella carozza. There is not a bad thing on the menu; we routinely travel about and hour to go back and eat here. We bring friends and they become hooked. Acoustics of the main dining room are tricky, so its a little loud, but the food is OH SO WORTH IT!BYOB more
