I have lived at Paisano Mobile home park for 8 years. The managers keep park clean and make sure everyone is respectful to their neighbors. They do have rules and guidelines which are explained to you the very day you sign your lease and all your parking permits are given to you at that time. Anytime there is a complaint the managers handle it in a timely manner to the best of their ability. The managers are always available from 8 am to 5 pm and will make special arrangements for those who need to meet with them after hours. They do have towing in-forced in order to make sure the community is safe. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to place their mobile home. more

Leaves a lot to be desired in the Parking, and will tow at the drop of a hat, EVEN if you have the visitor pass hanging from the mirror as per their own rules! Needs to make better rules about the little hoochies, and tiny kids running crazy here. The more I know about this place the better I like other places. NOT RECOMMENDED TO MOVE INTO. more

They have become quite tow happy and there is nothing you can do about it.. they tell you all guests can park in the guest lot but what they dont tell you is you have to have a pass for them or a sticker which they tell you they will deliver within the first week you are there and i have been waiting 5 months!!! i call no one answers. if your work hours go beyond their business hours then you are screwed. \r \r I have had two guests get towed all at a whopping 200.00 for just an hour of it being towed. now my vehicle has been towed and my car is actually registered with the office!! \r \r Unless you have black or brown skin your screwed! although this is america these people favor the illegal immigrants and they are never harrased as much as i have been. i have filed numerous compliants but nothing has been done. I am getting the hell out of here and away from these illegal loving people ( and the sad thing is they are white!) too bad, it is people like this who cant even make a 2 minute phone call to say yes they need to release the car!! of course unless your illegal..then they will kiss your BUTTS!!! so i guess the PRO will be if you are illegal then this is a great place to take advantage of!! their kids run around and destroy peoples property and pretend not to speak english and they get away with it...HORRIBLE!!!!!!
