The business transaction was fairly routine, but as soon as they were paid the final check, they have been totally unresponsive. They refused to honor their three year workmanship warranty after less than one year and will not even return to the job to evaluate the problem. Go elsewhere for your painting needs. I have used other paint company's in charlotte and by far the Painting Pros were the easiest and most efficient company I have used. The crews showed up when the manager said they would. I should have written off the $153.00 deposit that they refused to refund based on their 3 day return policy and kept the $1423.14. I will say this first, they did a nice job pressure washinig the house and I had many compliments from neighbors. As far as sealing my garage floor is concerned, I am very dissatisfied. My first clue should have been when the crew didn't show up the first 2 times they were scheduled in May. In September when a crew finally came out to do the work, the STAIN peeled off the concrete within days after it cured. The rep came back out to inspect the work and the solution was to recoat the floor and seal it with a clear coat which should have been done in the first place. The first 2 days they again didn't show up. On the third day they showed, didn't clean the floor and only touched up a few places the STAIN peeled and did not clear coat it. They STAINED over the dirt on the floor and left the half empty gallon, I presume for me to touch up any additional problems in the future. They are $1500 richer and I am no better off than if I never had the work done in the first place. Pros: Can not think of any other than a good idea to start Cons: Lack of communication. Painting Pros were very efficent and kept me involved through out the whole process.\r Instead of doing it wrong, then fixing it, they did it right the first time around. They also asked me if it met my standards, when in actuality the work surpassed them. The Painting Pros were wonderful. All of there painters looked and acted very professional, which makes since of why that is their name. Customer service kept my questions answered before I even had a chance to ask. All in all it was high quality work, with a fair price. I would defiantly recommend the Painting Pros to anyone. more

We did paint this house and it looks great - We had to pressure wash the home first and buy the paint - that is why we were not there for a fe hours. The customer was not home at the time so this could not be conveyed. We are a very professional company and paint more than 3000 homes a year. more
