I wasted my money on this company. They did a poor job and failed to come back as promised. They didn't paint behind trees or in places tht were not easiy acessible to inspect. The paint crew was messy, knocked down a light and left a hole with wires exposed. They painted shut my windows and hid screens in my bushes instead of putting them back over my windows.They use an answering service and do not return phone calls. Cons: poor quality work, no customer service calls returned more

Job was poor quality, sloppy crew that cut corners. Phone calls were never returned to owner's message service. Not a good experience. Pros: There are other options Cons: poor workmanship no customer service more

This company painted my house in NW Raleigh in Dec 2006. They damaged window frames, failed to paint areas that could not be seen unless I got on a ladder to inspect, damaged house siding, painted shut windows and failed to replace screens. They were disorganized from te start. I got a call on a Tuesday saying they would start painting on a Wednesday, but their prep work had not been started ( powerwash, etc). The crew does not speak English, they painted shut windows, they knowcked one window out of its frame and broke it , I later noticed that they did not paint above exterior window frames, so bare wood is now exposed. The owner is not responsive and fails to return phone calls. Cons: poor quality paint job, non reposive management more
