Because of several pain management problems I have been a patient of Dr. Binegar's for a couple of years. But here I would like to encourage people to try PRP Plasma Replacement Therapy! I had two torn very painful tendons. After other procedures I agreed to PRP, not yet credited by the FDA. Total success. Total success! What relief! Look into it. Read about PRP...Dr. Binegar is precise and has all the tools to make your experience a success. Thank you to Dr. Binegar and his very accommodating staff. more

For years I'd been asking to go to a pain management office and finally got the chance .... how can I explain how much these people have helped me without writing a book ? They are AWESOME and know their business in helping people get off pain meds and giving you back your life style ???? I tell EVERY ONE I know or meet, to go to this clinic as they will help narrow down what exactly is going on with your pain and then give you the help you need to combat it....make an appointment and let them do their magic, you won't regret it, I promise !! more

Kim, receptionist, was very short and rude on my first visit to the clinic. I even hesitated to return for my appt for shots in my neck. She argued with me and treated me very inappropriately when I asked for help filling out forms on first visit. If it was not for my friendship with Fred I would have left the office. more

I have been a patient at Pain Care Boise for the past 4 years. I came to Dr. Binegar with a condition that had been ongoing for well over 20 years and is constantly degrading. Dr. Binegar and his staff are so compassionate and caring. I know if there were something that could be done to get me completely out of pain Dr. Binegar would have done it. Unfortunately with my condition there is not much that can be done except get the pain to a level I can tolerate. Dr. Binegar, Fred and the rest of his staff are outstanding and trustworthy. I have all confidence that they have done everything humanly possible to help me and I can never express how much I appreciate all they have done for me. more

I have had five back surgeries and have never had any relief until Dr. Binegar has started with treatments of injections and several other procedures available. Not only has he treated my spine, he also has treated my right knee, of which prevented me from walking without pain. I would and have recommended Dr. Binegar to anyone wanting to relieve pain in their body which impairs a quality of life......Thanks ever so much to Pain Care Boise and the staff who have helped me gain a quality of life at 81 years of age........Ron Walker, Meridian, ID. more

My first injection really made a difference, but my second injection does not seemed to have worked. The injection site is still tender and has a hard knot still in it, the swelling is almost gone. It is nothing the Dr. Or staff has done, it seems I am always the person that has difficulties when it comes to anything medical, just my luck. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and my experience was great..........except it hurt...hehe. more

I have been well cared for as a long term patient. Pain Care Boise works as a team, to me that is most important. I fully appreciate Dr. Binegar and PA Fred Friel. This is probably the ONLY doctor office and/or clinic that I look forward to going for, for any problems. I found Dr.Binegar to be very honest and caring. The nursing and post procedure staff are excellent and are also knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better team! more

It's a miracle. 11/15/2011

I began are at Pain Care Boise now not to long ago. I had horrible shooting pain in my left arm. The pain was so bad that it cause me to cry. I could not sleep at night. I saw many doctors but nothing helped. The pain was back. After the 1st visit at Pain Care Boise, I noticed results. A few visits later, the pain was almost totally gone. I could not believe it! It's a miracle. Go see here if you are in pain. You won't regret it. more

He listened carefully with great attention to every detail, but most of all when I left the clinic I could see and feel the sense of hope!
