Your personal and caring attention, along with the professional expert services of Dennis Johnson and Luke Paffrath, were reliably present - especially important to me during my international travels and obligations. Also gratifying was our being able to re-vive our friendship that goes back some forty years. Breckenridge has been a second home for me, my late wife Joyce, and our family for many years, and I look forward to keeping in touch. more

John, Mark and Cody did a great job finding us the house we wanted. Once identified they helped us work through the details of getting it purchased. Once purchased they have helped us work through some minor issues we have experienced. They are professional, friendly, responsive and effective. They work as a team. The whole experience was hassle free and enjoyable. more

To sell a second home is a big challenge as you very likely might not be even in the state. If so you will need a lot of support in that process from your local real state agent. Now how do you pick one there are willing to take care of your interest and all the things that you can not get done because you are not there? Here is where you will find that person between hundred of agents there will promise to list your house (only). If any thing need to be done you will get a list of contractors to call. This is not how Mark Thomas will do it. He will if he can even get his own hands dirty and do the things just like you would have done if you could. My experience with Mark have been over the top. He stepped in and went far beyond what any one reasonably could expect. So do not look any longer for an agent there just want to list you house. Call Mark and you will not regret it. I promise as my experience was out of this world. I am talking from experience as I have bought and sold close to fifty properties over the years. more

Our Realtor Mark Thomas did a great job in selling our Townhouse in Breckenridge. He was hands on from the very beginning and went the extra mile in every aspect of the sale process. He personally helped with the issues and repairs that came up under the Home inspection and even followed up on a insurance claim when we where traveling overseas. Mark did an exceptional job from start to finish. He selected homes to show us that met our criteria perfectly. When we made our decision he went above and beyond during the closing process to assist us in doing our due diligence and ensuring the closing went smoothly. He has also been a great resource in helping us set the property up as a rental and assisting us in establishing contacts in the community. We would recommend him highly. more

Selling a property you have owned for 10+ years and your family has literally grown up in is difficult - particularly when you live, literally, a thousand miles away. Cody helped us get the place into condition to sell (all the things we wanted to/should have done but didn't). He helped us move some "cherished" items to our new place. We weren't easy sellers. We had an expected price and were not that anxious to sell but he continued to work with us (for eleven months) and didn't pressure us to take offers we didn't feel were "good enough". We finally got our asking price (plus) and he was awesome at helping us through the closing. more

Mark is an absolute professional and acted as a true partner to us in this process. We could never have sold our second home on our own, given the number and complexity of the sale process requirements, and Mark managed all aspects of our sale with grace and effectiveness. Also his thoughtful and polished market positioning of our home lead to a sale contract at almost full price in the first week of showing. Cody Thomas is quite simply the best agent I've ever worked with, and that's coming from a 20-year real estate attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, honest, accessible and (most importantly) 100% dedicated to answering your questions and resolving your issues. I never understood how much value an agent can add to a transaction until I worked with Cody on the purchase of our second home. Quite honestly, Cody has changed my view of real estate agents in general. I can't recommend him highly enough. more
