  • The Paducah Power System is the COMMUNITY-OWNED municipal electric power provider for the city of Paducah, KY. The municipal system has been bringing public power to the residents of Paducah since Sept. 1, 1961. The power company serves approximately TWO-THIRDS of the residents of McCracken County, including the city of Paducah. Geographically, PPS service area covers 47 square miles with 22.500 total residential, commercial and industrial customers. Paducah Power's mission is to provide the most reliable electric service at the lowest rates possible.
