I had an unpleasant experience here. Someone recommended them to me so i went. I went to get a tune up and 2 weeks later i find that they put the wrong spark plugs in my car. The plugs they put in were meant for imported vehicles and not recommended for domestic performance vehicles. I went back to see if they could put the correct spark plugs in and they were going to charge me $170 when it was a mistake on there part. I had to have someone else fix there work and when the spark plugs were taken out, there were already burn out from 3 days of driving. There was a reason why those spark plugs weren't meant for a ford mustang, but the mechanic swears they were good for my car. Also, i walked and there were two mechanic sitting at the desk and neither of them spoke when i walked in and the mechanic who serviced me when i needed the tune up was there also and was very short with me when i inquired about the spark plugs. i will never go here again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. more

I'm new in Maryland and by far this is the best auto service I tried. Accurate time frame and reasonable prices, usually lower than other auto services in the area. Another thing I liked about this place was their honesty. They only fix and change what's need to be done. Unlike other places, they change parts that still have a month or couple months of its life. more

They don't overcharge or make you go get repairs you don't need. I went to have my heater core fixed and they were very reasonable and charged less than other places I had gotten an estimate from. When my coolant light came on, they told me I didn't need to get it replaced but to just check it when I put gas in my car. Recently my car was making grinding noises. I took it to Mr. Tire who said I needed new brakes and wanted to charge me $300+ for them. Padonia looked at my car and said there was nothing wrong. Thank goodness I got a second opinion!!! They always have taken care of me in a very timely manner, fixed the problem accurately and had the car ready when promised with no surprises. I would not hesitate recommending this shop to anyone. I took my car to this place about a week ago and they quoted me at around $600 worth of repairs. I was skeptical, so I decided to get a second opinion. Aside from needing an oil change, there was not a single thing wrong with my car. I'm a young girl and the mechanic I dealt with thought I was stupid enough to pony up over half a grand in imaginary repairs. Unbelievable. more

As a woman, it's hard to find a shop that doesn't take advantage of you. I've been to many places where the guys there just think I don't know anything about cars and they try to pull one over on me. I finally found this shop and felt that this place was different. The service writer was very accommodating and he actually saved me money by telling me that there were repairs that weren't necessary. I just needed some minor maintenance. I appreciated the honesty, it was quite refreshing to feel like they were looking out for me just as they would take care of their mothers or wives. Not only that but they were really quick as well. Pros: Friendly, Knowledgeable, Accomodating, Speedy Cons: I will say the parking lot is always full because they have so many repeat customers. more

My car is very old and has many problems. Most repair places will try to force repairs that I am not interested in making on me. This place was very friendly and accommodating.
