The other recent reviews are correct, the management of this place is horrendous. If something needs fixed expect to be jerked around for 2-3 months before anything gets done. They rent to ANYONE, no background checks of any kind. Our lease is up in a few days and we can't wait to get out of here because our neighbor murdered his wife in front of their two children the other day. Yes you read that correctly. He was a convicted felon and apparently the management here had no problem with renting to him. I could write a long list of problems with these apartments, but the murder thing pretty much takes the cake. Seriously, for your own safety DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! more

MY LEASE IS UP NEXT MONTH AND I CANT WAIT 2 LEAVE! THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE ON THE DOT, THOUGH, THE MANAGER THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT DID LEAVE AWHILE BACK (FYI- SHE WAS PHYSCO AND CLAIMED SHE WAS W/EVERY GUY IN THE COMPLEX... DOUBT IT) BUT HER REPLACEMENT DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH SO IT SUCKS TRYING TO GET ANYTHING DONE! I HAVE MOLD IN MY APARTMENT ON ALL THE WINDOW SEALS AND IN THE FREEZING WINTER MANAGMENT JUST TOLD ME TO LEAVE MY WINDOWS OPEN. THE RAIN CREATED A HUGE UGLY MOLDED LEAK STAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BEDROOM CEILING, NEVER GOT FIXED. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO AIR FLOW IN THE APARTMENT AND IT GETS VERY HUMID, ALL OUR FOOD GOES STALE AND BAD W/IN A FEW DAYS. THE LACK OF A PRIVATE BALCONY ALSO SUCKS SINCE THERE ARE ONLY A FEW CHAIRS AVAILABLE TO SIT NEAR THE POOL. THERE ISNT A SPA WHICH SUCKS AS WELL SINCE THE POOL IS NEVER HEATED. AT FIRST, THIS WAS A VERY QUIET CALM COMMUNITY BUT WHEN THE NON ENGLISH SPEAKING MANAGER TOOK OVER, ALL U HEAR IS NOISE!!! U HEAR DOGS, SKATEBOARDS, PARTIES. Sure its a nice small complex thats quiet with a nice geographical location. The interior and amenities are all real nice, but it doesn't mean crap if nothing ever gets done as far as maintenance goes. The manager/agent or whatever she is will guarantee you alot of things before you sign the lease. But after that you're in a world of sh*t. I tend to keep my shut, in hope that professionalism will prevail. But 5 months in counting, I have yet to even receive a proper walk through. Whats also ironic is that we live next to the leasing office, she sees our place EVERYDAY, I MEAN C'MON. Thats just straight up ignorance or laziness. So by the end of my third month living here, I simply gave up. Follow-ups are pointless, because its always the same answer. Oh and I'm not the only one in this situation. I've met more than a handful of tenants (including active duty members and veterans; such as myself) that currently reside here and are just counting the days left on their lease. I even spoke to former tenants outside of the complex (there's about 3-4 other complexes around here), and they all said the same thing which is why they moved out, hmm coincidence? This place lacks management which could explain the lack of organization. I also find it funny that that the three comments below, all refer to one thing in common: The manager, LOL. Don't get me wrong, she's a real nice person and very down to earth. And I usually don't go on the internet to share my business. But I just dont want other people getting d*cked over like I have. I'm actually surprised that the longevity of this form of management is still being operated this way. Also, how about a background check for the sake of families with children. I understand money is hard to come by during an economy like this. But seriously, renting out to a convicted pedophile? That is BS and needs to be addressed. A letter is in progress to the property manager.. whats sad is that I doubt it will change anything. So please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. The interior of the apartments are really beautiful for the price and have all the amenities that are considered upgrades at all the other apartments around here. Bad news it that the manager is a hag. She's loud and rude. On top of that she rented to a convicted child chester a few weeks ago. The parking lot is not lit at all. Up until we started housing Chesters it wasn't so bad. Getting anything fixed is a hassle. Parking is also a nightmare if you expect to have visitors. For someone who has children or a lot of friends, keep looking. Pros: beautiful interior Cons: bad maintenance more
