the building atmosphere is wonderful when you walk in there is a fountain with a see through floor so you can see the Japanese Koi. it was a bit noisy and the tables were very close together. the food was very good but it wasn't the best I've ever had. the service and presentation of the food was very well done. The server double checked my order because i ordered Pad Thai substituting chicken for tofu and the server came and asked if i wanted the shrimp that came with it. So that tells me the server did not know the menu but the cooks did and sent him back. The menu had a very wide selection to choose from. over 20 entrées. more

I love this place.The Basil rolls are great! Food is great, staff is great. I have been there 3 times now and loved it everytime I have went! The pond when you walk in is great! more

Great scenery...bad food... 8/26/2005

Pad Thai is located in the heart of Montrose... The building is a remodeled former fast food place. The owners have put a lot of effort into the actual building. It is very lovely with many Exotic touches. I wish they had put as much effort into hiring their chefs... Our family ordered several appetizers which we very disappointing. Things were burned and soggy as if they had been rushed or ignored in the kitchen. Our entrees weren't much better. Balances of spices seemed to be off and the servings were not very large, compared to the high prices being charged. We will not return to eat at Pad Thai, I'm sorry to say~ more
