Package Place

Twice they have entered the address incorrectly when creating USPS shipping labels and my packages were sent to the wrong place. If you use Package Place, make sure you verify your label is accurate. Other negative is over priced shipping materials and high fees. Plus side is they have a nice selection of quality greeting cards. more

Every time I went to that place I got taken advantage of. Bought some packing supplies from them (bubble wrap). Never used it and decided to return within a few hours. The guy told me he will only give me half price back for them. "Dollar here, dollar there, what's the difference". What??? Tried to mail a package via UPS and was told that I had to buy a box from them. When I saw a customer before me use a UPS marked box (free), I brought it to their attention and was told that OR I can use the free box. Tried to mail another package UPS and ended up paying $15 more per shipping than what the UPS site quotes. When asked why, I didn't get an answer, but never got my refund either. Also, do not mail international packages through them, unless you want problems. The guy is a crook and will try to get as much money from you as possible. And that doesn't mean you will get extra service for your extra payment either. Go elsewhere to mail your packages. more

I have shipped many packages to my friends and family from this place near my house. I like hope they are always helping me find a way to send things the cheapest or fastest way of getting my packages to their destination. The customer service is pretty great for a small strip mall place. I highly recommend using them for all of your packing needs. The one thing I would warn against is that they charge $1 for a UPS pick up. more
