Top Choice! 7/9/2010

Pack and Mail is my first choice for shipping! They offer more choices than any shop in Duluth and always have the best rates. They've even packed a few custom items for me that have arrived perfect! You can't go wrong. They did move under new management this year but are still in the Denfeld Plaza and are even better. more

Buyer Beware! 8/4/2008

Make sure you do your research before doing business with Pack & Mail Plus located at 4602 Grand Ave Ste 1000 Duluth, MN 55807\r \r I was overcharged for ground shipping. They charged me $73.85, FedEx website said $41.06, and a local competitor quoted me $56.87!\r \r I was reasonable and asked for $16.98 be refunded to my credit card, they offered me in store credit. (NOT HAPPY) They admit the mistake, but don't refund you the money they took from you? \r \r Not to mention I've been playing phone tag for three weeks with the owner, because the manager can't make a $15 dollar decision without his approval. Why even have a store manager? I'm fed up, so keep my money and I'll write my unbiased review...\r \r Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.\r Pros: Friendly Staff, Location.
