Arrived ~7:00PM EST on a Saturday night. Party of 2, first available seating requested. The host with a thick Italian accent handed us a pager, told us no leaving a name was needed, and told us there'd be a 5-10 minute wait. We went to the bar, ordered a couple of Bass beers, and chatted up a storm with the friendly bartender. At ~7:40PM as we were still sitting at the bar, we went back to the host and asked approximately how long the wait was .. it appeared they accidentally left out the second digit of the pager on their log and told us there were 3-4 parties still ahead of us regardless .. even after we were told there was only a 5-10 minute wait 40 minutes ago. We went back to the bar, not 30s later the pager went off. We were immediately seated. Very, very odd! We ordered three items from the awesome waitress (Jamie) .. a 'special' appetizer combo (2 mozzarella wedges, 6 calamaris, and 3 bruchettas, with homeade marinara sauce, $12.95). The bruchetta was good, calamari OK. We also ordered two salads - a chicken caesar ($7.95), and a regular caesar ($3.95). The caesar dressing was horrendous (likely one of the worst caesar dressings we've had), and the chicken on the one salad we ordered with chicken was ice cold and bone dry. We ate it anyway as we were starving :) However .. when we got the bill, the caesar salad rang up $4.95 as opposed to $3.95 - a bit shady to say the least. The manager immediately corrected the bill - no apology given, and we left - giving a large tip to Jamie (the waitress).\r

To sum it up, Pacino's appetizer combo was OK taste wise .. however expensive at $12.95. The salads were terrible. The host/hostesses even worse. I'm appalled we were overcharged from what was printed clearly on the menu, and even more appalled we were sitting around waiting for 40 minutes due to the host's foul-up. There are many better places to go in Kissimmee or Orlando for Italian food .. we discourage going to Pacino's.
