We went to Pacific Sales because we were going to re-model our house and we wanted nice, new, modern kitchen appliances.I went to Pacific Sales for their selection and great prices, also wanted to talk to experienced salespeople who don't work on commission and ""hound"" you for a sale. They know their products and bend over backwards to make you happy. Our salesperson, Henry Arenas was great. When we had an issue with one of our products, he came through like a champ. I would recommend Pacific Sales to all of our friends. more

I've made several purchases from John in the Home Theater department at the Pasadena Pacific Sales store. Unlike the salespeople in most multi-line retailers, John is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great low-pressure demeanor. While they do carry a limited selection of brands, John is aware of comparable brands they don't sell and can speak intelligently to help with buying decisions. To date, he has beaten any other vendor's pricing on any product I've been interested in, and typically by a significant margin. Great service and the best prices. Seriously. Their hours are not the most convenient - they close earlier than most and are not open Sunday or Monday. However, it's consistently worth making the time while they are open. We'll continue to give them our business. more

When I first went to PS I was just window shopping because I thought it was only a high end store, but I have come to find out that there prices are amazing and the service there you cannot beat, everyone is so knowledgeable and Friendly.
