Great interest rates on money market and CD deposits. Very friendly local bank, with great people and personal attention.\r

Weak on technology, their internet banking lacks all but the most primitave features. You cannot assign names to your individual accounts, transfer from other banks, define your own internet account name. I've even found a few bugs in the web interface, not the most reasuring thing.\r

But yet, they undersatnd the local business market, will customize a loan package around complex situations, and work hard to earn your business. I'll put up with a weak internet interface for the other services.
