Clearly the golly/molly person below has quite a grudge (enough to write two reviews) but the service for me and my family was excellent. \r \r The price was great, the installation was fast, and most of all... the lawn is incredible! I agree with the previous review. We felt like we were a burden on them as well, and yes they were very unprofessional! Every time we called to try and schedule them they could not fond our quote and paperwork and I felt like just by even calling them they were put out. Almost like they were surprised when someone called for their services, surprised like they have no clue what they are doing. We decided to go with another company for our grass and I am sure glad we did. The company we went with were honest, fast, reliable, and professional. If you are considering this company I would recommend against it! If they seem unprofessional that's because they are! Cons: bad service more

They told us one thing when they gave us a quote for a job. They were unprofessional in their approach of answering phones and scheduling making us seem like we were a burden on their ""busy"" schedule. The day they were supposed to start the job they came up with an excuse for something they had originally said would be fine then declined the job. I would NEVER recommend Pacific Hydroseed to anyone. We wanted to go through a local small business to support our local economy but now I see why everyone goes to bigger companies. Quality assurance, professionalism and follow through! This company is a big waste of time, don't even bother with their services.
