I have used Pacific Air Systems maintenance and inspection program since we bought our home in 2009. During that time we have never been given a sales pitch for equipment or services. The technicians have clearly explained what they have found and have offered options. Never a hard sell and because of the trust they have developed, I have followed their advice. My internet search of system recommendations were the same as those provided by the technicians, Great Job. 5 Stars more

Steve the technician and all the professional Pacific Air Team merit the four stars. Pacifc Air prices are not competitive in the local and regional HVAC - so I hope Peter Hungate - the owner of Pacific Air - pays his employees a premium wage because they are the reason I choose Pacific Air, even thought the price of their services are not competitive with others. more

It seems to me that my wife and I have been doing business with Pacific Air System for close to six (6) years now. Each and every time that either one of us calls for help, we are greeted and treated with respect, kindness, and our questions and concerns are laid to rest. Each and every time a tech comes out to our home to perform a task on our heating system, they tell us what they are doing, why the are doing, and the end results is that they have done a very commendable job and this has been done for us all the time. I will always recommend this company to all of my friends at any time. We are very happy we found this company and now we will not allow any other company to do for us what Pacific Air Systems has done and is doing. Great Job and Well Done!!!! more

We have always been totally pleased with the services provided by Pacific Air and their employees. The field technicians have always been able to offer suggestions on how we can use our system more efficiently. They have always protected our carpet with shoe covers, any time they have to enter the house. We would like to request that Jess be assigned to our service calls whenever possible more

My heat pump went out on Thanksgiving Day. I called Pacific Air and had a technician her in 20 minutes who was able to get the emergency system on to give me much needed heat. My house temp was under 60 degrees. He had to order a part or two and a few days later got the heat pump completely fixed. Excellent service and response time, especially on a holiday. Justin was our agent servicing our account. He was very clean and polite and gave us a verbal report on our system. It seemed to take longer this time and I hope it means he was being more thorough. He did try hard to sell us a vent cleaning service which we declined due to cost. more

I always enjoy the tech that are sent out to our home by Pacific Air Systems. I have not found a Tech from Pacific Air System that would not spend a few moments with me so we could get to know each other so I could find something out about him and him me. I spent over 21 years in the Military Service and its hard for me to be sociable, however when a Tech comes to our home from Pacific Air Systems its always a pleasure to welcome them in. more

We have always had pleasant and efficient technicians who arrive on time and get their work done with minimal interference in our lives. They do not track anything inside the house. They always advise us before they run tests on our HVAC system. Each and every one of them has been personable and helpful when asked for information or assistance with a problem we may have. They, often, have suggestions for things we can do to reduce our utility costs. They are welcome into our home any time. We will continue to use their services. more
