Pacific Food Importers is a place to find hard to find foods from other countries.It is located on the edge of the International District, not far from I.N.S. at 2323 Airport Way South. If it's canned jarred or boxed, they probably have it. They also have a frozen section and a wonderful bulk spice section where they have many hard to find spices. They have a deli section with meats, cheeses and several varieties of olives. If you want brine with your olives, bring your own container. Their cheese selctions are very good as well. i don't really do sausages and salamis, but they did have a respectable supply of those as well.
