This is a good office as far as being lavish, professional, clean, having a friendly staff, and doing good dentistry.
The huge downside of dealing with them is that they do not do preauthorizations for insurance at all. They simply require you to pay 40% upfront, no matter what your insurance covers.
This turned out to be a royal pain when it came to getting a refund from them, which was over $300. My appointment was in mid-April. It took them about 6 weeks to get my claim submitted to my insurance company. They then received the payment within a week. It took 6 weeks after that and several phone calls in order for us to get back the money we had to pay upfront.
It was three months from the time I paid them to the time they finally gave me my money back. Not good business!
Pros: Lovely office, friendly staff
Cons: Prepayment and refund issues
