Pacific Crest and our designer did a masterful job accomodating our every need. PCI didn't miss a beat when we asked for 2"" deep side-by-side cabinets that fit between studs (for herb/spice storage); and extremely tight specifications for cabinets that wrapped around the 'skewed-U' shape of our kitchen. 12"" wide pull-out pantry, custom shallow-depth drawers, open shelving with custom plate rack? No sweat. All delivered exactly as specified. All as beutiful after a year of hard use as the day they were installed.\r

When we changed our minds about refrigerator placement after the cabinets had been delivered, and one side of the pantry was exposed unfinished, PCI sent out a craftsman to finish the cabinet exterior in place! Customer service par-excellance.\r

Our kitchen is a jewel. We love it every day, and PCI cabinets are a big part of that. \r

Pros: Great workmanship, very flexible, eco-friendly construction.
Cons: Not inexpensive, but you get great value.
