The job cost was within $12.00 of her estimate. Pacific Carpet Cleaning tech did a wonderful job. My rugs looked brand new after he finished. Quicky review.\r \r Quicky review...main points...is Pacific the most expensive? No, but it's not cheap either. Here's the thing...you get what you pay for. Do you feel comfortable having the workers in your house? From my two experiences, first with Adrian a number of years ago, and now with Alex, my answer - a resounding YES. Do I recommend??? Quality personalized service. Jeff, the Owner Pacific was a very pleasant and knowledgeable individual. We discussed my needs and desires and came up with a game plan for handling nearly1000sf of tile/grout cleaning. The end result was great looking floors. I had bought the home new in Nov 2008 and never had the tile/grout cleaned or sealed. I knew not everything would come out, but to my satisfaction it was a HUGE difference. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I will use them again in the near future for a rental property I have. more

Your man did a great job and was in and out of here in an hour or so.\r \r Also, I would like to ask you to put us on a quarterly carpet cleaning schedule. My husband's dog is 14 years old and has mobility and bowel problems. We also have small grandchildren that play on the floor when visiting. I was so pleased to hear that you offer an antibacterial treatment and feel better about the kids playing on the floor now.\r \r Please advise as to how to set up a quarterly cleaning schedule. These guys are great!. These guys provide a great service, I used them to clean & stretch some carpet in my home. They also cleaned some upholstery at my office a few weeks later. As long as they are around, I will never use anyone else.\r \r (Great price too!!) more

Honest and hard working.. Knew the task and was very professional. Truck and equipment looked very well maintained. Prompt and courteous. My floors look as good as new. The carpet took about 2 hrs to dry. Highly recommended. more

Awesome results. My buddy and I got the carpets cleaned after a year and a half in a rental house where there were several tenant switches and pets coming and going. Needless to say, the very pale carpets were not very pale anymore. No, that's not a stringent enough description... The pale carpets were revolting - the kind of revolting that makes you want to throw up and curse at the same time.\r \r The Pacific showed up on time, called ahead, came in prepared AND were enthusiastic about tackling the most gnarly stain they've probably seen in the history of their Orange County existence.\r \r The results: awesome. The carpets were all fresh, super clean, and dry when we got home from work that day. And at an extremely reasonable price, I might add. more

I had Pacific Clean my carpets and my kitchen tile floor. They arrived on time, the carpets were pretty dirty from my little ones but all the spots came up. My kitchen looks brand new. They did a great job. Good price to. Shopped around and they were the lowest. Was nervous when I saw the negative review after I made the appointment, almost canceled. Glad I didn't they did a great job. more

We had them come so call clean our carpet & tile. We now have over $5000.00 in damage in both bathroom and on our carpet. I have filed court papers in Orange County California Courts. Beware the owners are liers. they'll tell you they do work for all kinds of companies. what is all lies. I have check this company out and findout they have no license to do any kinda work in Orange County California. After the owner Jeff Bryant did all the damage to both bathroom tile floors they would not show up to fit it. after 4 months of all the GAMES him and his wife played. we are both done. I had to have a company come set the toliet.. in both bathrooms because Jeff Bryant didn't show up to do that. Beware. they are going to do alot of damage at your house , just talk to the workers they have. they tell you everything. I heard Jeff tell on of his workers ..just tell the lady you have done tile before..it's ok to lie. The worker would not lie to me. and he had the Cell phone on speeker...I heard everything Jeff Bryant told his worker. Just like his wife. Shannon goes by Mary. So that way you can't file court papers on her. Well Guess what Shannon. Your name is on the court papers too. I have heard the mother had a heart problem the brother had a stock. What other stuff are they going to use for not doing the work they damaged. Like I have said before I wish I could post all the damages I have in photos.. But those are going to court with me. LIKE I SAY BEWARE OF SCAMMERS LIKE THEY ARE. VERY POOR WORK. LOTS OF DAMAGE more

However we read a couple of reviews about this company on citysearch & decided to give them a try. The guy was on time, & I felt bad that there was so much work for him to do ya know? But he did it with a smile the entire time. I have to say that this cleaning service is amazing! They are the best, my carpet looks brand new. I had previously paid a company $700.00 to clean and protect my carpets. When it was time to clean again, I called the same company and asked for a better price, and they could not offer the same service at a lower price. I found Universal Carpet Cleaning on the internet and took a chance on Jimmy. He was professional, and got the job done for his advertised price! I was ecstatic at the money I saved, and for the clean carpets! He shared his knowledge and experience in cleaning-reminding me that soap is not good for carpets.
