Had a replacement scheduled to replace my windshield for 3 or 3:30. At 3 I called the guy, Dave Wright, to see if we were still on. He advises me he won't be able to be there until 4 or 4:30. I told him 4 was fine but 4:30 was going to be too late. I guess he wasn't going to advise me of the delay and just show up whenever he felt like it. He didn't give any explanation for the delay or for why he hadn't informed me so I guess the basic message he's sending is that you'll get service when it's convenient for him to show up. The guy's a flake with no sense of how to be professional. I've since been referred to Dino's. My VW Dealer in Ventura had recommended Pacific Auto Glass so I'm definitley going to let then know about the lack of professionalism.
