From the time they took my order to repair both of my service vechiles windows untill they where completed with the repair job This Company was second to non. They came to our office and were willing to go to the jobsite to replace our truck windshield! It's our business truck and we needed it fixed on-site. Dave and his partner were very pleasant and easy to work with. They replaced the special ordered windshield in no time. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will refer them to our customers! more

Had a replacement scheduled to replace my windshield for 3 or 3:30. At 3 I called the guy, Dave Wright, to see if we were still on. He advises me he won't be able to be there until 4 or 4:30. I told him 4 was fine but 4:30 was going to be too late. I guess he wasn't going to advise me of the delay and just show up whenever he felt like it. He didn't give any explanation for the delay or for why he hadn't informed me so I guess the basic message he's sending is that you'll get service when it's convenient for him to show up. The guy's a flake with no sense of how to be professional. I've since been referred to Dino's. My VW Dealer in Ventura had recommended Pacific Auto Glass so I'm definitley going to let then know about the lack of professionalism.
