Great service once again. Jeff knows my name- I like that. Dogs in the office- I like that. Kids running around- I like that too. Family friendly atmosphere and the evidence of being pros while doing life together. Love this group! Glad we switched from the dealership. more

I was disappointed that my experience was not as great as I expected. I asked to have work done under a warranty, but it was not done, and no one even called me to ask about details. Now I have to bring it back and be without a car another day. I was charged $50.00 for services and am still not sure what I paid for because the seal in the door they said they fixed is still there??? more

I needed several maintenance services due to reaching 60,000 miles. I had to state to Jeff what I wanted and I forgot a couple, oil change and A/C service. He printed out a list of services I requested and the pricing, but I needed extra time to be upsold to perhaps remember what I had forgotten. Jeff was short on service staff and seemed to have his mind on several things. I like this full-service shop a lot, I'm only stating the facts here because I was slightly disappointed this time out of many visits here. more
