I first took my VW to Auto Craft, because I was looking up body shops and the majority of the places recommended to me by the insurance company of the person who hit me were rated C- and lower by the Better Business Bureau. Auto Craft had an A+ rating, so I insisted it be repaired there...and boy am I happy about that decision. It seems as though people are unhappy because of the time it took for there car to be finished. That was never a problem for me. Indeed, the insurance company offered me a 24 hr estimate and repair job...I chose to have me car fixed the right way as opposed to the fast way! I have had nothing but wonderful customer service, and in fact I would say that they always went above and beyond in this customer service department; they never just handed me a list repairs, a bunch of random mechanical word, or a bill, but took the time to explain to me the work the needed to be done and WHY it needed to be done, and as a result, I always left the shop feeling like I understood the repairs. In terms of customer service, I also know that Auto Craft takes great pride in their repairs and if anything were to ever not be to your liking, they would take it very seriously. Following the first repair, I had an unlucky year with two additional accidents, all paid by others' insurances bc they weren't my fault, and every time, the car came back to me looking and driving like it did b 4 the accident (and I am very particular about my car and I notice every thing!) Their work has always been above what I could have hoped for, given the accidents. I have a great deal of respect and trust in the guys at Auto Craft and I will never go anywhere else.
