She found a treatment for my child which started working on him within 10 minutes, whereas other pediatricians couldn't find the right treatment in YEARS. My son's words:""I couldn't breath that easy for years!!!"" Dr. Balmert actually listened to my concerns about my child. She took time to talk to me and my child, she is so sweet, kind,professional, smart,understandable. I recommend Dr. Balmert to every parent. When I brought my son in, Dr. O was so nice and very patient! I appreciated the time he took to explain everything. The nurse that bought us back was just wonderful; when taking his temperature, she was talking to him in such a manner that made him relax and less anxious. Under the circumstances, a sick kid!, it was a pleasant experience, thanks to a GREAT Physcian and a caring staff! more
