PKL Physical Therapy PC

I felt like when I went here after feeling like I had no advancement at another office; I did not recieve the proper care. All the therapists do is give you a stretch and leave you to the aids they have working there. The place is too large and they try to take on too many patients at one time. This leaves you unattended for the most part. Most of the staff is nasty, especially the therapists. I felt I had better care at other facilities. After many months of ineffective physical therapy for my lower back pain I finally found the physical therapy office that rose above the rest. I was skeptical at first as I've been to other therapy offices and left in the same level of pain or worse. PKL was different. The therapists were attentive and involved in my initial evaluation. I felt like I had 100% of their time and attention. There was not a moment I was alone from the massage to the exercise. The staff was knowledgeable and really a class act. More importantly, I left after my first visit with decreased pain! Now, after only 2 weeks of treatment I am in a place I never thought I'd be again... pain free. PKL has guided me step by step and I would recommend them ten fold. Very friendly welcoming staff!
