I had them rebuild my engine for my truck a couple of years ago and to this day it's not running like it should. I had to bring the truck back in to get them to fix what was wrong...

Rotors Replaced 7/12/2011

I went in for brake pad replacement and they found that I needed to replace the rotors. I believe the previous place I got my brakes done might have screwed them up. Had to come in for 2 separate visits due to ordering of the rotors. 2nd time didn't charge me tax or labor which was awesome. Yeah rotors range about 30-60$ each on the internet. But nice people. more

HAPPY CAMPER IN RIALTO 5/11/2011

I took in my pickup to get the engine rebuilt, and a year later it is still running like a champ, also they have their own paint shop so now it looks and runs better then ever. The prices were competetive, and they were friendly and offered great service.. I couldnt be happie with my experience at P & G I recommend them to everyone more

Problems with Rebuilt Engine 2/28/2011

I had them rebuild my engine for my truck a couple of years ago and to this day it's not running like it should. I had to bring the truck back in to get them to fix what was wrong and they kept telling me it needed this or that and that it was not the engine that was wrong. I spent over $3,000 on a truck that is not worth $2000. I finally took it somewhere else, spent more money to fix what they didnt. Bottom line, the owner is a con artist, he knows what to say and when to say it. I wasted part of my spring and most of my summer trying to get them to finish my truck. I don't want to waste my time taking them to court. Not worth it in the long run. Please don't take your hard earn money to them. more

Total rip off - BEWARE 11/19/2010

This shop completely screwed up my truck and made me miss work. He would not stand behind the job and we found out that he never rebuilt my engine - he installed another person's engine in it's place. I have reported these guys to Consumer Affairs and the local police. He is a total rip off. BEWARE. more

p & g auto no go 2/8/2010

P & G has screwed me over from the start. they dont want to stand behind the warranty and now i have to take them to small claims court so yea try another shop they are bad for buisness. more

this is one of the coolest shop that i have ever been at i had work done on my Expedition and it works better than it did before i also got my 74 glasshouse done there this is one of the few one stop shops that are out there and do good jobs more

P&G Auto Parts 5/22/2009

I dropped my car off to get fixed about 6 mo. ago and it's been running smooth ever since. They treated me like family, and I always felt comfortable asking questions about my vehicle. When I brought it to their attention that some parts they installed were defective, they replaced them at no charge to me. I really don't understand why they received bad reviews. I highly recommend this shop if you need to get your car fixed or if your looking to purchase some new parts for it, great family like atmosphere and service. more

Nighmare in Rialto 4/2/2009

My daughter's car has been at his shop more than in my driveway. I am talking months! When we get it back, it is broke the next day. Think twice before you go there. more

P & G - MAJOR Ripoff Artists 3/19/2009

P & G does not stand behind their warranties or their work. There has been nothing but headaches with this place. We have a full 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty on a motor. Didn't have the motor for 3 months, it failed. They are suppose to cover the warranty, and they don't. They won't even pay for the entire replacement of the motor. We have done EVERYTHING that we are suppose to do to stay in the warranty guidelines. They won't even pay for the entire labor costs. Even though we have a full warranty. Even the auto dealership that is having to work with P & G are sick of them.\r They send out a check to pay for part of it and they turn around and cancel the check. We purchased the motor for over $3,500 and this stupid motor has now put us out of pocket nearly that much again on a piece of crap that we can't even get fixed! I DO NOT recommend anyone using them unless you want to get ripped off. They are rude and don't care! They do not stand behind their warranties! more

GREAT SERVICE 10/30/2007

I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE REPAIRS DONE TO MY TRUCK.THEY WERE CHEAPER THEN OTHER SHOPS I CALLED.I FOUND OUT THATS BECAUSE THEY SUPPLY MOST SHOPS WITH THEIR ENGINES.RAD SERVICE . IVE NEVER GONE TO A SHOP AND FELT LIKE IM NOT GETTING RIPPED OFF UNTIL NOW .CHECK THEM OUT , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM,TELL HIM MALIBU MATT RECOMMENDED YOU ! Pros: THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING GOOD PRICES AND SERVICE Cons: PARKINGS A B*TCH more
