We like coming to PF Changs for family style. The servers are kid friendly, family atmosphere, kids menu, crayons, etc... Decent Asian... more

I know its a chain restuarant but it truly is my favorite chinese restuarant. The menu is nicely labeled and has a vegetarian section. They recently started a happy hour where you can get the delicious lettuce wraps for only 5$, plus they have the best ginger beer which I understand they make by adding ginger to regular beer, but still so good. I also love the service at this restuarant, staff are so attentive. They even come and mix up a delicious sauce concotion at your table. I always go for the ma po tofu which is so scrumptious. Decorations inside are nice too and there is a little patio if you want to want to watch people walking around the mall. The location is also nice as you don't have to go into the mall, but still often have to deal with mall traffic. Waits can be long though, but we usually try to wait in the bar if we didn't plan ahead. Pros: veg options, happy hour, ginger beer Cons: at a mall, can have a long wait. more

I have had every dish here over the past two years and found them all to be delicious! Try to skip a meal before you go so you can order more. The staff are professional and helpful even when they are extremely busy. Call ahead to get a reservation - they are a popular place for good reason. Last weekend my fiance and I met up with some old friends and their new baby daughter for dinner here. I had only been to a P.F. Changs once but liked the food so we drove up to meet them there.\r When we arrived the girl at the front asked if we had a reservation. No, but since there are only two tables with people at them I think they could probably fit us in right? Sure, after they had us wait 15 minutes. Then they sat us at a tiny table for four with the baby too, wouldn't allow them to bring the stroller to the table since there wouldn't be room. Uhmm... in the hour that we were there nobody took up the tables surrounding us so what was the big deal. \r They had a bigger table that would have been much more comfortable for us but, there was a guy sitting at it making a schedule or something so they crammed us in instead. \r Also, my fiance and I both sat with empty pops the entire time and even after asking they were not refilled. It was not worth the $100 we ended up spending on dinner and had it not been for the great company I would have been really upset by the whole experience. It was obvious to me why they were so empty! This place seems to have open tables but always a long wait list anyway, they have tons of staff on the floor yet they tell you every time that the kitchen is backed up and that is why the food takes so long. The food is inconsistent in quality. I recently complained and they didn't even follow through on their offer to correct my complaint (too busy??).... I use to love PF Changs but not this location. more

Friday night early dinner was excellent. We ordered one soup, one appetizer and two entrees and all dishes met and exceeded our expectations. Hot & Sour soup one of the best, Sweet & Sour Chicken not overly breaded or overly sweet, Chow Fun Noodle Chicken was as good as you get in Chinatown. Service was outstanding, as I asked for a lot of little extras. Not the best steamed rice and the mixing of the dipping sauce at the table left me unimpressed. A little noisy and open environment. This excellent new location boasts a great outdoor patio deck, but the inside seating where we had a recent weekday dinner was large, noisy, and cavernous. Our waitress was friendly, and her making the sauce at the table was cool, but it tasted too much of horseradish for everyone in our party. Entrees were hit and miss. The Dan Dan Noodles were fantastic, while the Mango Chicken was terrible. I thought it was rather noisy and hard to hear things. Still, the dishes fairly priced and I enjoyed my night out.
