Bad Experience:
An employee said I could have a discount on an item unwrapped that was the last one. When I went to check out the cashier got the supervisor for approval and she said no, and that she didn?t know who said I could have a discount, so no. I asked the cashier if she remembered the employee who offered the discount that carried the item to the register for me. She pointed out the employee and with a rude attitude the supervisor gave me the small discount while acting as if she was doing me a favor I did not deserve. I would have not gotten the item (a play pin) for my toy poodle who just had emergency back surgery for degenerative herniated disk, if another store had one that was close by. It was a purchase I needed quickly since he had to be on bed rest for a month.
Side note: my dog is doing great. He did not gain back all his mobility after the surgery as expected, but he is in great spirit and gets around the house perfectly, just needs to be carried during his brother?s walks, but he loves it. He loved the play pin. I suggest getting a foldable play pin for toy sized dogs, but get it on Amazon for better price and customer service.
I also now go to a Petco for my doggie needs which is farther away just so I do not feel taken advantage of like at Petsmart.
