The people at PC Support, are wonderful! They know so much about computers! My PC was down, and they guy looked at it for less than 5min. and told me exactly what was wrong with it! And he had it fixed within 2 days! The prices he quoted me was exactly what I paid! Awsome service!! more

Don't know who to call when you computer is having a meltdown? 6/7/2005

Unforunately, this has happened to me and I called PC Support for You after reading very positive reviews on Angie's List. Technicians are very courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. One technician, Martin, went above and beyond to save data on my laptop - in addition, he made recommendations about securing my wireless home network and anti-virus software. The owner, Paul, is very active in day-to-day activities and, most importantly, he's extremely "customer-oriented." They're price competitive (if not a little cheaper) than other companies offering similar services but you can frequently find coupons in local circulars. Highly recommended! PROS: Quick appointments. Punctual techs. Customer-oriented. CONS: Price - but that's my complaint with all computer service companies! ;-) more
