They take your computer and then your money, and don't fix your problems. To me is was a virus that I could not get rid of. So I go to PC Problems. They told me it wasn't fixable, and there was nothing they could do about it. WHAT??? You never talk or see a tech. The receptionist relays all the information to you. Totally worthless. Go somewhere else to get you computer fixed. more
