Great place for computer repair 4/21/2009

My computer completely crashed. I called PC Palz to, hopefully, save it. Chris came out to my house and put in a new hard drive and was able to save all my files to the new hard drive. I was so thankful that all of my files had not been lost, and PC Palz saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a new computer. Chris also set up a wireless router and network for my husband to work from home. I will definitely call PC Palz next time I have computer problems. Pros: Fast, friendly, and reasonable price more

PC Palz recovered my data 12/23/2008

I called PC Palz after my computer was infected with a virus and prevented it from staying booted up. They were able to recover all of my data (old email, pictures, iTunes, etc) and had me back up and running as if nothing had happened. The technician was very profesional and was able to answer my questions in layman's terms. I've already referred them to my father instead of having him sign-up for Dell's extended support. more

Excellent On-Call Computer Service! 11/20/2008

My wife and I had a great experience with PC Palz. Our home PC crashed on a Sunday, and PC Palz was able to dispatch a technician within a few hours of the call. The technician, Mike, was very knowledgable and professional, and he explained to us the issues with the laptop in a manner that was easy for my wife to understand. I highly recommend them if your computer gives you the ""blue screen of death"". more

Great Service and a quick turn-around 10/30/2008

If you are computer illiterate and in trouble with your PC, this is a great company to use. My computer crashed while I was doing my taxes, and naturally I had no clue what to do. Not only did I think I was going to have to buy a new computer, but I also thought I lost everything on my hard drive as well. When I called PC Palz, they were at my house in an hour, extremely polite, and managed to fix and recover everything off of my computer in under an hour. I would definitely recommend, as well as use their services again. Pros: Well priced and an extremely quick fix. Cons: n/a more
