Jerry fixed 3 of the 4 problems I was experiencing. The 4th is not fixable. Sometimes when a stranger comes into our home I'm not comfortable. With Jerry I felt immediately comfortable and safe. The price agreed upon is fair. He completed the work in a timely manner. He also gave me some tips on purchasing a memory stick and external drive which I followed up on and am very satisfied with. more

I found PC Medic's service to be professional and thorough. The cost equaled the estimate and they provide pickup and delivery service at no charge. I was informed of the problem and the cost before work commenced. Jerry went out of his way to deliver my pc in a timely manner and performed extra service I did not expect. I would not hesitate to recommend P'C Medic to anyone and would feel very comfortable using them again. There are so many PC services out there that it's very difficult to know who to call unless you know someone personally. I also appreciate the fact that Windy City Magic is out there to provide assistance. more

The person who came to my house did not give up until he solved all my computer issues and believe me there were several. The cost was rated and very reasonable even though many hours were spent on the phone and trying to figure out lots of problems. more

I received a phone call shortly after submitting my request. After discussing my problem we (PC Medic and I) decided the problem with my printer was not worth a repair. - Should a problem with my computer come up, I will definitely contact them. more
