I have used them for 10+ years and they recently installed a new Dell Computer. The tech they sent did not communicate well and was not very informative. When he left, the printer did not work. The GM said they would come out and fix it but they would never call me back. I complained to the call take and told her how frustrated I was and she was like, ""whatever'. These folks were once very good. Things have changed and I have found PC Geeks in Allen, Texas. Much more professional service.....
