We cancelled service as of December 1, 2011. We have left several messages of complaints in the past, and most recently left a cancellation notice in their voice mail, after numerous days of a ""full mailbox"". You have no one that returns calls, the service is horrible, and the workers cannot speak english. IF you catch them in the act of not performing, they can't understand or chose to not understand. It has only been in recent days that their voice recorder now provides an email address. There are missed pickups, left over garbage and spillage on various occasions. This has been going on for years, and we had no alternative until recently. We appreciate the opportunity to switch, even if it is slightly more expensive. We can contact a human being now and actually get ""real service"".
Don't pay them and let them try contacting you for a change.
