First impression is very dirty in office! I know this is a tire shop, but should have a fairly nice area for customers. Pile of dog poop laid there in middle of parking lot. Order...

HORRIBLE 8/7/2012

Worst customer service ever!!! It took them two weeks just to work up a quote wich was outrageous. I dont know how they are still in business. If it wasn t for there selection of $20 used tires they more then likely wouldn t be. If you want new tires at a good price dont go here. If you are looking for used tires for your utility trailer then maybe consider them more

Better off giving your money to the homeless.... 4/14/2012

On my way to the B.B.B site, I came across this page and decided to share my expierence w/ P&J tire. I paid 400$ for a set of new tires. After putting around 6 miles on them one of my tires exploded. I took the exploded tire to walmart to see if they knew why. Simply they said "bad tire". I took the tire back for a new one. The receptionist said it could be up to 2 months after sending it off to the Matrix tire factory in Japan (went along with it even if I thought it sounded insane). Finally, 2 months into the game, the receptionist states "didn't you talk to the owner? She said you can get a new tire half off, but that's it." I've had a similar situation before with another tire shop and had it fixed A.S.A.P with out any problem. BTW- I have a warranty on the exploded tire. more

Can't trust P&J Tire!!!!! 2/1/2012

I called their office to let them know I was gonna need new tires put on my wife's Tahoe. I specifically asked for nexen tires. They instead mounted Capital tires on my wife's Tahoe. My wife showed up and picked the Tahoe up and left the business. She had no Idea that they didn't install what I asked for. When I got home from work I discovered we paid $600.00 for tires I didn't ask for! I called and left a message that night that their was a problem. The manager then called me and left a voice mail that she would not take the tires back or work anything out! This shows that there is no customer service in this store at all! I have spent alot of money at this store in the past and it is clear this business doesn't take that into consideration. Buyer beware! Don't trust these people to do what they say they will do. Or you too will be taken advantage of! more

PJ's Tire Review 1/26/2012

Ordered new tires, got put on and had problems. Manager not very nice after this happened. Had to order replacement tires, I had to pay more and go back to have put on. It was done, just not in a friendly manner. Their prices were cheaper than some chain tire shops, but I think I'll pay more in the future to have comfortable area to wait and done right in timely manner and friendly staff. more
