Horrible Follow Through & Customer Service by Helen who claims to be the owner of the company. My order was cancelled by Helen today 3.14.2012 when our staff checked status for an order originally placed 3.6.2012 for a simple 1000 business card order which was supposed to take 3-4 bus. days. I was told by Helen that our company had given her nothing but problems and she would rather cancel the order than complete our business cards. I am very surprised by the rude unfriendly comments made by Helen who did tell me on 3.12.2012 Monday when I checked status on the order I placed last Tuesday that she gets more than 1000 emails a day and that it is very common for her emails to get lost and that is probably what happened to my order. So I am lead to believe that me checking status on my order is the reason for the “nothing but problems” comment that Helen made today. Being in business myself I would never treat a customer with the disregard that Helen does & Will Not Recommend PJ Graphics in the future.
