I use to really enjoy going to the west new york location. The people & staff were very trendy & it felt as if we were in the city.. I have been going there for the past 5years & I realize the place is getting worse & worse... I was there on May 25, 2012 & the service was horrible.. The serve acted as if I we were wasting his time...brought us the check without asking if we wanted dessert, he was rude & ghetto. Truly made our night NOT ENJOYABLE. I will not be visiting PF Chang's for a long period of time. I more

Avoid this place 1/2/2012

I've tried this place a few times with varying friends and we've unanimously agreed each time that it was very bad. The food was overcooked and/or tasteless and/or just generally of poor quality. Wait staff was not attentive. With one visit I ate with a popular ny food reviewer who said the dumplings were the worst he ever had (he prefers to be nameless). One positive is that the ambiance is nice -- but it still hardly makes it worth a visit. more

Love this place 1/31/2009

I have come here a few times. My son loves this place. The food is great, service is great, the ambiance is also great. The lettuce wraps are my son's favorite. And for dessert the banana rolls with the ice cream. I will highly recomend this place. I have taken a few of my friends here and they have all enjoyed it. I think the only problem I have with this place is that the meals come with either brown or white rice. If u want the fried rice u have to pay extra. And trust me I love the fried rice. Other than that I can't think of anything else. Pros: dessert, and the lettuce wraps Cons: I can't think of any more

I love this place and I am not a big fan of chains..I think the food is delicious. We went last week in a little group and everyone loved their meal. I had the chilean sea bass which was cooked to perfection and served over a bed of wilted baby spinach with a ginger soy sauce. Another meal was the sockeye salmon served with fresh steamed asparagus and heirloom tomatoes in some mustard ginger sauce, it was so fresh and healthy. Although it is not cheap, it's worth it. The place is always packed and the ambience is very soothing. We're regulars for sure and highly recommend for a night out to dinner more

Great Menu!!!! 9/10/2006

This place is virtually in my back yard and I LOVE IT!!! The person who wrote the ""NEVER AGAIN!!!"" review and referenced drag queens for a bachellorette party doesn't know what they are talking about!!! They were at LUCKY CHENG'S in NYC, I've heard only good things about them as welll. The service is great and the food is good at PF Changs. The staff will make reccomendations if you don't know the menu. more

Never again!! 2/5/2006

Oh my! I brought a group here for a bachlorette party...... what could be more fun than drag queens? The service was rude and the bill was twice the price I was quoted over the phone when I made reservations. We had to wait 45 min to be seated. I felt so bad for bringing a group of 11 people to pay almost $100 each for a poor tasting dinner. Take-out would have tasted better!! Instead of going to a fun lounge after dinner, as planned, everyone had paid so much, that we went to a dive bar for the rest of the night for cheap drinks. A ruined night! Pros: entertainment Cons: rude service more
