Never again! 10/29/2008

Kids got some viruses on their computer. Took it in, got it back, still had them all. Took it back, had it reformatted, still have viruses. I want my money back. They didn't do the job - not even close. They lost out because I was going to take my sister's in to them but I will never ever take another computer back there again! more

Slow service, pricing not so hot 8/17/2005

These folks are conveniently located in the Cheektowaga area, and is easy to find. However I found their repair service to be slow at best, with things that I was hoping to get done quickly taking almost a week. And the bill was higher than I was expecting. The end result was no problem technically, so if you can handle some of the issues, they may be OK. more
